Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete checkout.
We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect misuse. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are shipped after the estimated period stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped separately.
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting a pre-order, as the address cannot be changed afterwards.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment can be made using the methods shown at checkout.
You confirm that the card or account you use is yours, or that you are authorised to use it. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card details.
Vouchers & Promotions
Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other vouchers or offers unless stated, and must be used before their expiry date, if one is shown.
Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the time shown at checkout after payment is received. Estimated delivery times are a guide only and begin from the date your order is sent out.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control.
